At the time of making your appointment, please let us know if there are any particular dresses you are interested in and we’ll be sure to pick out a beautiful selection for you to slip into on the day!

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be aware, upon submitting your order, all sales are final. The full details of our refunds & cancellations policy can be found on our FAQ page.

It would break our heart to hear you don’t LOVE your dress or it doesn’t fit as well as it should.

To avoid this problem, we strongly suggest using one of our free appointments with our consultants prior to ordering.

If it's not possible for you to attend a fitting, please get in touch and we will advise you on sizing and style prior to placing your order.

We are proud of our products and do not compromise on quality. If something is faulty, we want to know about it so we can replace it.

In the unlikely event you experience a fault with one of our dresses please contact us as soon as possible.
